Mr. Bremmer is a Managing Director with CIBC US Middle Market Investment Banking. He has 16 years of transaction experience and is responsible for executing transactions, business development and private equity coverage. Mr. Bremmer has advised numerous clients in a variety of industries and has significant experience with Industrial and Professional Services Companies and Industrial Manufacturing companies serving a variety of industries.

Mr. Bremmer previously worked at ExxonMobil in capital investments and project management.

Mr. Bremmer earned an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in Finance and Strategy and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
