Our Team

Mr. Boedeker is a Director with CIBC US Middle Market Investment Banking. Mr. Boedeker has six years of transaction experience and is responsible for executing transactions.

Mr. Boedeker previously worked at Komatsu Mining Corporation where he was a Global Finance Sales Manager leading business development strategies and developing customer financing solutions. Prior to Komatsu, Mr. Boedeker worked as an Advisory Senior Associate at KPMG LLP, where he managed IT Risk assessments and financial audits for manufacturing, financial services, insurance, and healthcare clients.

Mr. Boedeker is an active member in the Wisconsin Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG). Mr. Boedeker earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Accounting, Economics, and Strategy, and earned a BBA in Finance and Information Technology from Marquette University.
