Our Team

Mr. Wawrzyniakowski is a Director with CIBC US Middle Market Investment Banking.  Mr. Wawrzyniakowski also provides administrative support to CIBC Capital Markets business units.

Mr. Wawrzyniakowski previously served as Chief Administrative and Chief Compliance Officer at Cleary Gull, in both internal audit and compliance capacities at Robert W. Baird & Co, and as Chief Compliance Officer of an SEC registered investment advisor called Global View Capital Management.

Mr. Wawrzyniakowski holds the Series 7, 66, 9, 10, 24, 53 and 72 securities licenses, earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and is a Certified Public Accountant. From 1985 to 1995 Mr. Wawrzyniakowski served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Platoon Sergeant and Platoon Commander.
