Our Team

Mr. Larsen is an Executive Director with CIBC US Middle Market Investment Banking. Mr. Larsen has 13 years of transaction experience and is responsible for sourcing, leading, and executing merger and acquisition, and capital raising transactions. Mr. Larsen represents entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporations in a variety of industries, with particular emphasis on Industrial Products and Services, Specialty Vehicle, and Manufacturing and Fabrication companies.

Mr. Larsen previously worked at Robert W. Baird & Co. as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group where he provided analytical support on equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services to public and private industrial companies.

Mr. Larsen is an active member in Wisconsin Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG). Mr. Larsen earned an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Business Administration, Economics, and Mathematics from Ripon College.
