Our Team

Mr. Howley is an Executive Director with CIBC US Middle Market Investment Banking. Mr. Howley has ten years of transaction experience and is responsible for executing transactions.

Mr. Howley previously worked at George K. Baum Capital Advisors where he was an Associate  supporting all aspects of business development and transaction execution efforts. Prior to George K. Baum, Mr. Howley worked as a Senior Corporate Development Analyst at Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. and as a Senior Investment Consulting Analyst at Mercer Investment Consulting.

Mr. Howley earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Saint Louis University.
