Tecum Capital Partners and TCF National Bank provided financing for the transaction. Cleary Gull acted as exclusive financial advisor to MCG in this transaction.

MCG was founded in 1984 and provides omnichannel communication services, including outsourced mail presorting, printing, lettershop and digital communications.
