Cleary Gull Inc. is pleased to announce that it has advised MackayMitchell Envelope Company (“MackayMitchell”) in obtaining $26.4 million of senior credit facilities. The financing was provided by U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB).
MackayMitchell is the fifth largest envelope manufacturer in the country. The company employees 440 people who produce up to 25 million envelopes per day.
