CIBC Cleary Gull acted as exclusive financial advisor to RIE Coatings, LLC in this transaction. RIE is a licensed applicator of environmentally friendly, protective, and performance enhancing coatings used on fasteners, as well as other parts and components primarily for use in industrial applications.
