(“LCI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Drew Industries Incorporated (“Drew”) (NYSE: DW). The acquisition of Signature provides LCI entrance into the marine furniture market. Cleary Gull acted as exclusive financial advisor to Signature in this transaction.
