Open Positions
Involved from beginning to end of a transaction, from helping prepare marketing materials to support for negotiations. Analysts are primarily responsible for analysis and completion of industry and company-specific research. Analysts are expected to be active participants during every phase of the deal process. We typically hire Analysts out of leading undergraduate business programs. Our recruits typically have majors in accounting or finance, relevant work experience, superior academic and extracurricular records, and an interest in financial analysis.
Apply NowResponsible for coordinating the preparation of marketing materials for pitches and transactions, Associates are expected to be active contributors during every phase of the deal process. They lead the writing and development of both initial pitch material and descriptive memoranda. They are expected to actively participate in drafting sessions and due diligence meetings. Associates are responsible for the integrity of the valuation analyses and merger and acquisition models. Typical recruits have three to five years of experience in investment banking or a related field. An MBA degree is preferred.
